AP Physics Tutoring

AP Physics 1 is a college-level, 9 month course that is necessary for STEM undergraduate degrees focused on algebra-centric curricula. Topics include: kinematics, dynamics, energetics, conservation laws, rotation, momentum, simple harmonic motion, and fluid mechanics. Students learn the underlying concepts of each topic, actively participate in building course notes during class, and practice applying each topic with rigorous, daily homework assignments. Homework includes lab assignments.

All classes are live and virtual with small class sizes. Students are required (by teacher-dictation) to actively participate in the building of their own, personal, course notes as the foundational part of this course. 7 months of the course are focused on developing a deep understanding of the curriculum. 2 months of the course are devoted to preparing for the AP exam itself, including test-taking strategies while acclimating to exam layout and time constraint.

Prerequisites: Score = 5 on AP Precalculus Exam (or equivalent - to be assessed by instructor)
